Terms of Service
Effective date: July 6, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Antigravity Digital LLC ("Pet Buddy," "we," "us"), based in McAllen, Texas. They govern the petbuddyconcierge.com website, the onboarding wizard and dashboard, and the Pet Buddy widget and APIs (together, the "Service"). By creating a concierge or installing the widget, you agree to these terms.
1. What the Service is
Pet Buddy lets a business create an AI voice concierge for its website. The concierge greets visitors, answers questions grounded in the business's own website content, helps visitors navigate, and can pass along contact details a visitor chooses to share.
2. Your account and your site
- You may only create a concierge for a website you own or are authorized to represent.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the knowledge base your concierge uses, including any edits you make, and for keeping your account credentials (including dashboard links) confidential.
- You must provide accurate business and contact information.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful;
- create a concierge that impersonates another business or person;
- attempt to extract another customer's data, probe, or disrupt the Service;
- use automated means to create agents, spam the APIs, or evade usage limits;
- use the Service to collect information from children under 13.
4. AI output — important
The concierge's replies are generated by AI. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). You are responsible for reviewing what your concierge knows and correcting its knowledge base. We recommend telling your visitors they are talking to an AI — the widget presents itself as one.
5. Your content, our license
You keep all rights to your website content. You grant us a limited license to crawl, store, process, and display it solely to build and operate your concierge. We keep every concierge's data partitioned: your content is never used to answer another business's visitors.
6. Fees and billing
- Paid plans are billed at the prices shown on our products page at the time you subscribe. Prices may change with notice; changes apply at your next billing cycle.
- Setup is $0 and you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.
- If a payment fails, we may pause your concierge after a reasonable grace period. We do not delete your configuration when a payment fails — pausing is not deletion.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available." Real-time voice depends on networks and providers we do not fully control, and occasional interruptions or degraded audio can happen. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, including how visitor voice audio is processed. If you install the widget, you are responsible for making sure your own site's privacy disclosures cover its use.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your concierge at any time. We may suspend or terminate a concierge that violates these terms, creates risk for us or others, or remains unpaid past the grace period. On termination we delete the concierge's configuration and knowledge base within a reasonable time.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your website content, your use of the Service in violation of these terms, or your violation of law — except to the extent we caused the issue.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Hidalgo County, Texas.
13. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the effective date. Material changes will be noted prominently. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
